This face-to-face support is delivered by our specialist team who have current experience and knowledge of 14-19 reforms including Diploma content and implementation and who have been trained in developing coaching skills by the Centre for the use of Research and Evidence in Education (CUREE).
You will also receive a coaching toolkit including a CD-ROM and a practical hands-on resource to use with your teams.
How face-to-face support works
LSIS and the National College for Leadership of Schools and Children's Services run the Leadership and Management Development Programme. It offers one-to-one coaching by accredited coaches to help leaders reflect and focus on effectiveness at leading collaboratively to implement the Diploma. Face-to-face and telephone sessions can be requested.
