Consortium Advisers

As part of the Leadership and Management Development Programme, every consortium has access to its own Consortium Adviser. Their role is to help make sure that each consortium is ready to implement the Diploma.

The Consortium Adviser will help your consortium build a package of support that meets the needs of all staff - practitioners and support staff, as well as leaders and managers.
